Kelvin Hughes Surveillance Systems will showcase its latest product technology portfolio at DSEi 2011.
The surveillance specialist has developed a range of radar technologies for use on land as well as at sea which meet the surveillance, safety and security needs of 30 of the world's navies, coastal and border forces.
Kelvin Hughes will demonstrate the latest developments in its innovative SharpEye™ solid state radar sensors, during the four-day defence and security event which takes place at ExCel London from September 13.
SharpEye™ represents a radical departure from legacy marine navigation radar design, bringing superior situational awareness and outstanding reliability.
Barry Wade, Director of Kelvin Hughes Surveillance Systems said:
"DSEi is the flagship calendar event in the defence and security industry, and it has been vital for us to maintain a strong presence at this year's event."
"The introduction of SharpEye™ is testament to Kelvin Hughes' solution-led ethos, capitalising on our broad knowledge in radio frequency engineering, antenna design and performance modelling."
"We will showcase the range of applications for SharpEye™ during DSEi, demonstrating how this technology has broken the mould in delivering small detection performance, high reliability, reduced maintenance and low through-life costs."
This year's DSEi event will host 1,300 exhibitors, representatives from 98 countries and 70 official delegations.
Kelvin Hughes will be represented by a senior product team, exhibiting at stand S4-280 in the UK pavilion.
