- 20 Jan 2017
Kelvin Hughes will be co-exhibiting with Silent Sentinel Ltd, at Intersec 2017 which is being held from January 22nd to 24th at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
As a world leader in the development of radar systems for security and surveillance applications, Kelvin Hughes will be promoting its industry-leading, solid-state SharpEye™ X-Band radar. When mounted on the Kelvin Hughes SMS (Single Mast Solution) together with additional optical and thermal imaging devices, the system can provide 360˚ ground surveillance of any site perimeter or border as well as providing early detection of any UAVs. The SMS can be fixed to a permanent structure or mounted on a vehicle to further extend the envelope of detection.
Kelvin Hughes will also be demonstrating its CxEye™ control and display software which integrates data from multiple sensors into a single, easy-to-use display package. It is based on a simple command and control system which incorporates track fusion of the various sensors, mapping functionality and a target priority tote, all of which can be controlled via a touch screen.
Running for 18 years, Intersec is the leading international forum for the security and safety industries both in the MENA region and beyond. In 2016, the event attracted 1,280 exhibitors and more than 31,260 visitors from 128 different countries. This year, Intersec is expected to be even larger and will showcase a truly comprehensive range of products across seven broad sections, including Homeland Security & Policing and Perimeter & Physical Security which are key areas for Kelvin Hughes.
