The BOXER MPS range of high performance X-band radars are designed for easy portability by personnel on foot, quad bike and all-terrain vehicles. Incorporating SharpEye™ technology and providing multiple mission options through clever use of power inputs and mounting methods, the MPS radar system is suited to the battlefield, temporary or forward operating base protection, and security operations.

BOXER MPS radar system containing SharpEye™ is a small, lightweight, low cost surveillance and tracking system designed to detect personnel, vehicles and airborne targets at ranges from 10m to 45km, day or night and in all weather conditions. The system is capable of being operated autonomously or as part of an integrated sensor network, and will perform remote operation and/or the cueing of optical sensors.

BOXER introduces a new electronically scanned phased array delivering electronic beam steering for continuous scanning, has a new 'stare' capability and can be mounted on a rotating joint to achieve 360 degree coverage. BOXER MPS offers low cost, low power consumption, lightweight, ultra-high reliability and superior performance.

Recognising the multi-role capability of the portable phased array radar we have developed multiple systems that enable the radar to be tailored to its mission.
