The Outfit Management Service (OMS) lies at the heart of KH Charts SuperYacht Services partnership approach. By gaining a thorough understanding of a yacht’s requirements and regulatory environment at the outset, we can then offer a seamless and flexible service that ensures that it meets its regulatory requirements at all times and revisions and updates are delivered to the yacht automatically and without the need to reorder individual items.

The system is based around the ‘index’ - a complete inventory of a yacht’s navigational resources that is compiled by KH Charts SuperYacht Services and held at our head office. This enables us to continuously record all corrections, revisions or new editions that are issued and deliver them automatically either directly to the yacht or to an agent at regular, usually monthly, intervals to ensure ongoing compliance with a minimal expenditure of time and effort by the yacht’s officers and crew.

Automatic Updates

Paper Notices to Mariners (NTMs) / correction tracings for British Admiralty and US paper charts supplied weekly.
Correction list supplied with Notice to Mariners and corrections.
Digital Notice to Mariners and tracings delivered electronically for Admiralty, US, Canadian, Dutch, Australian and Japanese charts.
Loose leaf single page updates for Admiralty lists of lights and radio signals for insertion into ring binders.

Ship audits

Qualified KH Charts SuperYacht Services personnel come aboard to verify the chart outfit.

Storage and correction

Charts not required at the time can be stored and corrected before return.
