Outfit Management Services

Let us manage your chart folios for you with our Outfit Management Service. The highest quality of correction and delivery is guaranteed.

Pioneered by Kelvin Hughes, the Outfit Management Service is the cornerstone of our partnership approach to navigational data management. It removes the burden and risk of keeping your vessel up to date and compliant with international regulations.

Why take OMS?

  • Assists in ISM compliance procedures: Each ship receives a certificate to show that supply and maintenance for navigational and technical/legal information is monitored on the ship?s behalf, and supplied according to contract.
  • Reduction in office/ship workload: In monitoring amendments, updates and new editions. Ships use charts and books from several suppliers, which need constant monitoring to ensure that they are available and that supply can be made in a cost effective manner to all ships in a fleet. Kelvin Hughes can do this on your behalf, thus reducing workload in your office or on board.
  • Peace of mind: That all necessary items are monitored on your behalf. Allowing you and your Captains to focus on the business of running your ships
  • Flexible to your company's needs: From full management of world-wide charts and publications, to limited areas or limited books, we can tailor the most cost effective option for your preferred way of operation.
  • Multiple delivery options: You select whether we deliver to a central office, or directly to each ship. You select the frequency of supply. We also offer a variety of freight packages, including courier, airfreight, road freight, local delivery (for customers near to one of our depots).
